Bowen’s Brewery Battle ended this past weekend at the final Cross Crusade race at Barton Park, with Team Lazy Tarantulas powered by Widmer Brothers Brewing taking home the title. With less than 25 points separating first and second, and less than 60 separating first and third, the contest for the top three spots was hotly contested. BicycleAttorney.com finished the Battle in second and the Deschutes Brewery Team took home third. The hotly coveted Brewery Battle Trophy will be customized for Team Lazy Tarantulas and in their possession through next season’s Cross Crusade races.
