Recipe for Bart’s Recovery Shake:
- 1 cup Coconut or Almond Milk
 - 1 cup Tart Cherry Juice
 - 1 cup yogurt
 - 1 cup frozen blueberrries or the fruit of your choice
 - 1 cup fresh spinach paked into cup
 - 2 Scoops Protien Powder of your choice- I use Orgain Organic Probiotic Protien
 - 2 Heaping Tablespoons of nut butter- almond, peanut or mixed work best
 - 2 Tablespoons of Chia Seeds
 - Half of a fresh large avocado or all of small avocado (You can also use 1/2 cup frozen sliced up avocado)
 
Mix all ingredients in a Vitamix or Blender and blend until creamy smooth. If it is a little too thick to pour you can mix in another 1/2cup of Coconut or Almond milk and enjoy. This recipe will make two large portions and can be refrigerated.
