Build your cycling foundation with our fun, inspiring power-based in-person cycling classes. Enjoy the stories and motivation from our coaches as you participate in each class with other cyclists and triathletes. Every workout has been designed with knowledge and expertise from over 35 years of racing, coaching, and teaching experience. Anyone from a beginner to an expert can join our in-person or virtual cycling classes. We help you determine your FTP (Functional Threshold Power) so each workout is specific to your fitness. Workouts based on your FTP allow our coaches to monitor your progress and get results. Build your cycling fitness with 2-3 structured workouts per week and ride your favorite routes with more confidence and power.
