Remote Class Options
2x/Week Remote Cycling Class Pass:
- 2 different workouts per week for a total of 8 cycling workouts per month
- 4 chances per week to complete 2 workouts (#1 Monday and Tuesday workouts are the same, #2 Wednesday and Thurday workouts are the same).
- Riders can join a LIVE Remote Cycling Class on Mondays, and Wednesdays at 9 am or 5:45 pm, or Tuesdays and Thursdays at 5:45 am
- Workouts can be done on your own anytime during the day they are on your schedule
- Essentials of the Week email with goals, graph analysis, and topic of the week

Unlimited Remote Cycling Class Pass:
- 3 different workouts per week for a total of 12 cycling workouts per month
- 6 chances per week to complete 3 workouts ( #1 Monday and Tuesday workouts are the same, #2 Wednesday and Thursday workouts are the same, and #3 Saturday and Sunday workouts are the same)
- Riders can join a LIVE Remote Cycling Class on Mondays, and Wednesdays at 9 am or 5:45 pm, Tuesdays and Thursdays at 5:45 am, and Saturdays at 7 am
- Workouts can be done on your own anytime during the day they are on your schedule
- Essentials of the Week email with goals, graph analysis, and topic of the week
- Weekly analysis of workouts completed
- 1 at-home strength workout per week
- 1 at-home core workout per week
