Triathlon Strength and Power Class

Training for the demands of three sports doesn’t leave much time to spend in the gym but this 45 minute class helps each triathlete gain the strength and power to stay strong when the mind is asking the body for one more mile.


Each class starts with a dynamic warm-up, followed by 3 power stations and finishes with a 5-7 strength exercises designed specifically for the demands of swimming, cycling, and running.


When: Mondays and Fridays fromĀ 6:00-6:45am


Cost: $10/session or use your Power Pass Points
