Prepare for the dynamic demands of cyclocross racing with a strength and power program designed by the CXperts at Bowen Sports Performance. This class takes you off the cross course and into the gym to find the strength to float through thick grass and mud and the explosive power needed to attack barriers and stairs. 10 sessions = 10 places!!!
